At Anchor Watch Coffee, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the custom and print-on-demand nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer ordering errors.

If there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Please include your order number and photographs where applicable.
